Refund Policy

At Bridal Bliss we’re committed to ensuring all our customers receive high quality garments and great customer service. If there’s something wrong with the dress you have received, or if your delivered dress is not identical to your online order (wrong item or), please contact our customer service team using the link in the menu. Include as many details as possible including your dress number and any pictures showing a faulty or wrong garment.

If we agree to replace or refund your item, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and dresses cannot be in anyway damaged or dirtied in anyway, as we will be unable to provide a refund.

You must pay for the freight to return the items and this must also be arranged by yourself. The items are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the dress.

How to return a product

Important: Please contact customer service by using the link in the menu before returning your dress.

Please note that when you return a dress it’s very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 5 business days.
